The mission of CSMC is to provide Cloverdale residents with activities, support, resources, and services that encourage participation in community life, promote well-being and independence, and enhance dignity.

Sandra Hoevertsz, Senior Project Director and Administrator

Trish Chappell, Office Assistant

Trish has been a proud resident of Cloverdale for nearly her entire life, with only brief stints away before returning to her beloved hometown. Her educational journey unfolded within the confines of Cloverdale schools, from pre-school through High School. She furthered her education at SRJC, Pierce Community College, and a vocational school in Ukiah, ultimately earning a certificate in dental assisting.

Her journey at the Senior Center began in May of 2023. At home, Trish resides in her childhood home alongside her husband, their dog Zin, and two fish.

Beyond her professional commitments, Trish finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it’s quality time spent with family and friends, engaging in a spirited game of bocce, or cheering on her husband, brother, and cousins during their slow-pitch softball games in town.
